Geeze, you're one sour mofo, you know?they ain't a one
you never liked
despite the despicables
they sometimes trails.
you leff alone;
some food
a phone
and the interwebs.
they don't like you,
you know?
don't claim you,
at least?
or even like the way you claims them...
cuz you ain't them
(or the other one neither)
and your claims on their claims
reads like over-brat child...
and you alone
and you know it...
ain't a one ones with you.
pay the waiter.
he ain't your friend.
wipes the spot clean
when you's gone...

Oh, I can imagine.
Does it? I've always found them sui generis, but there is something otherwise familiar about them.
Their songs are generally a bit esoteric. And by generally I mean invariably and by a bit I mean completely.
Another long hard day of brutal work under the 74 degree July sun......

it's probably just her voice. usually when this happens it's something small like that. or i'd just heard/saw it before and then forgot about it.
damn it, you said its name one too many times and summoned him to the thread
The husband put "Let the Sunshine In" by Pebbles and Bam Bam (Flinstones), into my head all last week.
I had not thought of that song for several decades.
And now it is back in my head.![]()
