Me too. As much as I love to cook, I've never made pasta from scratch. The only dough I make with any consistency is for soda bread.

The difference is spectacular. Real pasta tastes so much better.

Pasta makers are quite easy. You just dump the ingredients in the thing and it spits it out in whatever shape you want.

My mother just got one and my wife used it. Super easy.
