My kids are still young, so I may not be the best person giving advice. But I am around your kids age,and I also criticize my father for being a bad father. We fight (fist fought before) yell argue and curse, and the only reason he is still in my life is because he is my father. I try not to turn my back on family. I love him dearly, and I'm sure you kids feel the same about you. But the only problem I have with my father is that when we beef he acts like he doesn't care, I do as well, but he is the father. He acts like he doesn't give a fuck, I know he does, but he doesn't show it,and that's the problem with him. Maybe that's the same problem your kids have with you. Start showing that you care,we might brush you off at first but eventually we will come around.
