See thing is I make crap gravy. I'm not a gravy maker. Beef or pork - I've got mushroom and brown gravy envelope mixes I'll use all day long.

But for biscuits and gravy? Sacrilege. Make it from scratch. Fry up a couple few pieces of bacon, a blob or so of sausage. Mix in the flour and seasonings to make a roux. Then some milk and whisk like the dickens. Crumble your sausage and bacon back in. Salt and pepper - I like a bit more pepper.

Now that's a gravy for biscuits.
