Dont drink alcohol, it shall trigger more attacks in its' aftermath. Can you meditate? like concentrate on the cosmos and let your mind leave everything earthly kind of meditation? If you can you shall find it effective in the immediacy..

Hope you recover soon Panic attacks are not a big deal nearly 70% of the world wide population gets it at one time or the other and obviously it either goes away on its' own or with minor treatment.
take care, come to the boards if you are very scared and contact a trustworthy friend if need be. Better than talking 'cause typing reading etc is more distracting. Distraction will also help but meditation if you can do it is best.

If there's been great trauma, death in the family, job loss, competitor winning etc, panic attacks do not necessarily have trigger event, a sedentary life style also causes panic attacks, Do you go to school daily??

Having to have the lights on at midday in mid-August is not natural. It's like living in England.
 
The new guy at work looks like an actor whose name I can't remember. I'm not getting a lot of hits on tall blond guy with glasses, actor in the 80s.
