Cycling, kayaking, candlepin, walks, shooting hoops, fresh juicy peach pancakes, Maleficient with a big bowl of popcorn...all with the best company...what a great weekend!!

I spent most of yesterday under the house. Retrofitting some plumbing was a PITA. Today, I babysat my grand-daughter. Today, made up for yesterday, ten-fold.

oh how things have changed since i've been awol - just saw the new title. may all who sail in her and that... :rose:

Man, it's so crazy how things change.

I remember her being a bitch all through high school. Chubby fucking bully who picked on all the nerdy girls. You wouldn't know it now. She's beautiful. Smart and kind and friendly.

Ha.

I'm cheesy fucking happy right now.

:)

I am up way to late and all my chat buddies are sleep. I hate insomnia. I think there should be a box we can lock it in when it visits more than one night in a row. -_-

Glad to hear it!! I was hopeful you'd have some fun! :)

Moving is a total bitch, but got the last room set up last night. Going to build a four-story fort in the back yard with the 75 boxes.

ha! well, i suppose i exaggerated. edam's not really cheese, more yellow plastic wrapped in red plastic

Living where one grew up has its benefits and it also has its costs.

On the one hand, I don't need a map or GPS to find my way around. Then, there's the fact that I know who's been naughty and who's been nice. I know who can be trusted and who can't be trusted. On the other hand— these days, I could go to a couple of goddamn funerals almost every week.

I did something. Something to make someone else's life easier and they've figured out it was me. I just wanted to do my thing anonymously and now I can't.

And sriracha lemon tofu báhn mí might be the best sandwich ever invented.

You can anonymously come unpack all these boxes and I won't say a word to anyone or you. Start with the downstairs. We will never see each other because I am trapped in the back of the garage.

It seems like there are only two ways things are shipped from overseas: so shoddily that everything inside is busted/ruined, or so tightly that - even with a boxcutter, scissors, two hands, two feet, and a mouthful of teeth - you will never ever ever ever get the package open.

I will never understand it. Someone's lack of faith doesn't affect your faith at all. Someone's determination to force their faith as law DOES affect those without the same faith.

Simple.
