Somehow, the knee injury is my fault even though it was he that was flipping around all over and it was his watch that did the injuring.

I have. And I am usually very understanding when things don't go right. I give lots of chances, and I'm always polite. But what I've had to go through with this company is unacceptable. I just want someone to call me back, as promised. And I don't want to be treated rudely when I call to check on the status of the promised call.

Cool.

I sent a nice-gram to the State for some services they provided my last week and I never got an answer back. I suppose the fellow is too busy (snerk) to answer back.
