it is shame and shame is a great movie. i hate that it's considered erotic, though. there's lots of sex, but it's... well, watch it. judge for yourself. it really is quite good. fassbender is the shit and carey mulligan is both hot and awesome. also, not a bad singer.

Yes, it's very good. One of my favorites.

But a warning...it's not really a "fun" erotic film like those .gifs are suggesting all by themselves. In its entirety, it's a film that deals with an up-frontal, matter-of-fact, no-gimmicks look at certain (privileged) people trying to mask their inner pain and scars and darknesses through desire, sex and sex/porn addiction. Most of the characters are assholes for various reasons and the story doesn't shy away from that.

Lots of casual nudity of both sexes along with scenes of explicit sex, but it deals in verity instead of fantasy. I dunno if it'll get your butter churning but if you like a story about sexual honesty, you'll enjoy watching it.
