just in case someone may be interested:
there is a book i'm reading called fit for life....it is pretty cool, it was recommended to me by a friend who lost 30 pounds....in its own way it is a lot like atkins, but a whole lot healthier....
there is a website called foodfit that is not too bad also....cooking light magazine is great for low fat, healthier foods, and ...hmm there is a website that i just learned of that offers awards for weight loss, but i can't find the paper i wrote the site's name on....i'll keep looking though...

Like I said, I have to do a google search for pix or AVs now. My favorite AV site is no more. Maybe I need someone to take a picture or two, and use those....
If you need some help with something you want to use, please let me know. I am not an expert, but I can at least get it to AV size. Have a great Sunday.

I colored my hair yesterday. My old nilla girlfriend in Florida thinks I'm having a mid life crisis. But I don't think so. My hair was just a washed out color. About 35% grey. I'd be happy with pure grey like my younger oldest brother. Now it's a dark brown. Oh well, can't undo it now.
