I put a bit in for the cooking liquid.

Normally I'd just use a bit of broth for beef, but I've used cherry mead for pork, and I've had this bottle floating around for a while so I thought I'd give it a shot.

The meat is pretty tasty, but the veggies just did not take the mango well.

I was thinking about posting that I didn't want to go to work to day. Then I saw the first post on this page that I made stating that I didn't want to do my tax stuff. There are so many things I really don't want to do that I end up doing anyway. Then there are those that I also manage to forget at times. Thankfully, it wasn't doing the tax stuff and it certainly won't be going to work today.

I have a blister from a task I worked on at work yesterday. I haven't even remotely started that task. Hopefully a friend is going to help me with it because there is no way I can actually get that done. I can't believe I have a blister in the middle of my palm on the hand I write with.

I hate my alarm. Especially on mornings where the first thing on the schedule starts at 8am and keeps going with one appointment after another till 5-something only to come home and battle the dinner/bath/bed routine.

Sometimes I wish I had a "real job" instead of being an at-home mom... There's be less work with scheduled breaks.

It made it's way into my lunch last week. I was -initially- excited. In the end, it was a waste of good chocolate pudding! The mousse is heavily aerated (fluffed with air) so as to be mostly air.

I was very sad...

I was tempted to buy that the other day. I bought a no sugar added dark chocolate instead. I'm glad I went with what I bought now.

There always seems to be some tedious part to a project or process you love. I know there definitely are to the ones I do.

I know. I'm just a bit grumpy about it because I'm back to cutting with hand scissors instead of my cordless electric one. I loved that thing. It went through my heavy materials like butter. But it needs new blades, and not having them is really again my fault. I could order them directly through the manufacturer, but I think they are over priced and I'm trying to find a better one.

I think once I make enough profit to buy them I will go ahead and do that, it made the job a lot less tedious.

I keep trying to give up soda, but this is why it is so tough!

see I have the same problem for different reasons.

I can substitute the caffeine by drinking tea instead and that cures the caffeine craving, but it's the bubbles that I crave!
