Ashes, I tap my maple trees . . . anyway, we brewed a Scottish ale the week before last using tree sap instead of water, then added two bottles of syrup to the secondary fermenter and are adding one more bottle of syrup to the keg when we keg it. It should be interesting. Maple Scotch Ale. Very little hops too so it will be malty and maply. That's the hope anyway.

Only about 4.5% It's a lightweight

There's a place in VT I was reading about that makes a lot of maple beers.

The bump was long gone anyway by the time you would have been going to a dance. The dances that you would have had (had you gone) probably would have been a lot of Nirvana and acts like that. That's kind of hard to dance to.
