Those that seek to hurt you are not worthy of the respect you grant which allows the hurt. Turn the tables: stop showing them respect and watch how much they kiss your ass, darlin'.

Thanks sweetie......excellent advice. I put it to effect tonite, and amazing the difference. Going to be a hard habit to break.....but working on it.
