We do buy eggs, go through quite a few actually. But hey, cut the inspections, fire inspectors, let a salmonella outbreak happen, issue another recall...

In truth, we eat eggs like 3 times a year. We give all the rest away. During the warmer months we end up with so many that we give them to people that don't even ask for them.

2 eggs mon- Fri for me. Over easy in a cast iron. Love it! Scrambled on weekends, no cast iron, or pancakes/ waffles. Sometimes my wife will boil some during the week and take to work.

There's a special on Least Weasels (Mustela nivalis) right now, although they're even more 'least' than normal (about 20g less weasel per unit) thanks to shrinkflation. And yes, there's a tariff on all mustelids in your delivery area. We'll hold the bees as a courtesy, and send you wasps instead (we use them in lieu of foam packing peanuts).
