I've recently discovered Pecorino, and I've had some truly amazing bottles. Gorgeous bouquet, lovely tartness. But sometimes you get one that just feels absolutely flat. Pleasant, but boring compared with the others.

I've always thought Pecorino was a delicious type of Italian cheese....

My grandpa had a sick chicken, so he shoved a tylenol down its throat saying it'd either cure it or kill it, but either way it'd be out of its misery. Three days later and she was as healthy as the rest of em.
