Hey, sweetie! How's it going? Lamb has kept me good company, as has Goldfrapp (thanks Lauren). The only radio available around here is country, which I can only handle in small doses.

It is. As is nudity. And apparently it is a high crime to NOT eat the pork put on your plate at a pig farm breakfast.



Anyway, I have experienced the Ohio experience and now have no reason to ever return. That's the only high point I've found, so far. I don't look to see anything more redeeming than that.

p.s. I learned that eating a slice of ham for breakfast after spending a day with my daughter naming baby pigs, young pigs and adult sows...was much harder than I thought it would be.

I once found myself in a discussion about the charming pig-flick "Babe," while eating Chinese pork ribs. They were tasty, too...Is that what psychologists call "compartmentalizing?"

Not sure what psychologists call it, but it was a true test of mental/emotional strength for me. The baby, on the other hand, ate the heck out of the ham. I wished for a moment that I had no clue that the ham came from a pig.

I'm doing good! Planning my trip out to California in a couple of weeks, and a certain sexy Canadian friend (no, it's not Charley ) may meet me out there for at least a few days.
