Show us your eggs!

We talked about having a competition, and a few have said they would be judges. That’ll work if people participate. Otherwise, you all can scroll on past my food pics.

This morning was eggs, garlic spinach, bacon and cheesy goodness with a side of roasted potatoes. Not the prettiest, but it was mighty tasty.

hot dayumn! looks pretty pretty to me and i predict an H 'emergency' coming up as soon as he lays eyes on that

Now I'm just angry at myself cuz I have not been keeping any of that up. I used to make my own Egg McMuffins and shit. Used to stack some supreme Dagwood breakfast sammiches. Used to make kickass blueberry & banana pancakes.

it's still in me. I just gotta wake it up. I will floss some pics up in here, I promise! :D

Blueberry banana pancakes sound divine, and I am not even a big pancake person. Can’t wait to see some snaps.

I would think the wafting bacon aroma situation would have you making breakfast more often than not all day long.

Oh, yeah...they're still at it.

The other day it was...beef stew, I think? Drove me nuts. My idle dutch oven that used to be my trusty cauldron of belly-blessing alchemy was sitting there on my range looking at me every time I went to ice up my water, like, "man...I don't even know you anymore!" :D

I ate my usual two taco shells with lunchmeat, spinach, and mustard, and a bowl of oat cereal.

I missed out on posting this morning but it was corned beef hash, scrambled eggs with cheddar, toast with blackberry jam, and orange juice. In about a month and a half it'll be fresh squeezed orange juice from the tree in the yard.

(I know it's not breakfast but tonight, it's shredded beef enchiladas in green sauce because I need to do something with lefty overs.)

Eggs, chives, rosemary salt, brioche bread, gruyere, and bacon.

That's happening at some point this w-e.

Last night's beef stroganoff.

Yes, it's still delicious cold.

My go to breakast sandwich:

Get a block of four King's Hawaiian Sweet rolls.
Slice it in half and lightly toast.

Slather some European-style butter on it.

Add scrambled eggs, American cheese slices, and a couple slices of thick sliced center cut bacon and spicy breakfast sausages.

Finish it off with a light dusting of fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt.

Eggs over medium, avocado and gator toes

Yum. These are a few of my favorite things.

Mm mm Corned beef hash is my greasy spoon go to. I think it’s high time I made some here.

I could eat a forth of that maybe? Do you eat it with a fork? I would imagine so.

Pretty basic yet delish sautéed broccoli with various cheeses in an omelette.

mmmmmmmm

i forgot to charge my phone... should have taken snaps of the sortof french omelette i made this morning: eggs, bacon bits, mushrooms, green bell peppers and spring (green) onions. oh, and cheese of course.

Smooth porridge with semi-skimmed milk and raisins, no sugar or salt. It took 80 seconds in the microwave, and even bthat felt like too much effort for a Monday morning.

I usually have a couple of cans in the cupboard at all times so it's not that difficult to make breakfast with it. Open the can, heat, remove from pan, drop in some eggs and scramble them while the toaster does its thing...

If you want something different, try making home-made hash brown potatoes. Your cheese grater will work for the making the potato strings. Grate and cook until light golden brown in a hot pan. Then put some water in the pan, cover, and steam until tender.

Better than anything you can get frozen at the grocery store.

Mm mm. Omelets are the perfect vehicle for any veggies, meats and cheeses. Now, I find myself wanting another one.

Coffee, bacon, and pumpkin muffins, today.

Were the muffins made at home? Are either of you bakers?

pepperoni w/ diced spicy pickles

Pizzas are like omelets in my mind, any veggies, meats, cheeses and different sauces. Pickles of any kind would be a first for me.

I get that. Most work days it’s a protein bar grabbed on my way out the door.
My Big Breakfast Spread this morning is coffee and work.
Or, this ^^^^

Nope, I eat it as a sandwich. It's a rare treat though since it would probably kill me if that was in heavy rotation on my breakfast menu.

I find it hard to believe the rolls would stay together. I haven’t had American cheese in a while. I do like it sliced thin from the deli on sandwiches.
