That's not really true. Money is fungible, and 11 states and DC give Medicaid funding to illegals. While it's technically stte money, some portion of that state money was sent to the states by the Federal government.

What these articles say is that these drugs work on COVID if used early and by the right population. Not for everyone. But Big Pharma insists they don't work at all because they want to sell their drugs. Note that it was Big Pharma that developed the vaccine (which, like everything, is not universally effective.)
