They know what you know, know everyone you know, but they are as morally bankrupt as can be.
What are they doing to your (your character's) life?

I think, I'd rather write about the evil twin. šŸ™ƒ Dive into their motives, for why they've been hiding in the shadows. Figure out their resources, for how they know everything about the "good" twin. Chew on my thumb worriedly, as I try and figure out if they succeed in taking over or not. And then... End the story without revealing which twin is where now.

I think I’ve talked about mine before but: back in college I started getting stopped on the street or people would come up to me while I was waiting in line and people would think they were talking to X. When I would try to question them though, they would suddenly realize I wasn’t X and then end the conversation.

What I was able to gather was that X was a hard drinking party animal who bought beer, meth, and weed for whoever wanted it, liked stealing panties from conquests, and really liked lying about how commited he was to any of said conquests.

At the time I thought it was a prank but I never saw any cameras and it was spread out over months where people who I had never interacted with came up to me. I also was really paranoid at the time and a huge introvert so even if I got up the nerve to go to a party I would have had some kind of record proving I went and would have gone over any social interaction a hundred times in my head.

Then I moved and for 9 years no mention of X. But then in 2022 in my current town, someone stops me asking if I’m X…when they realized I wasn’t, they hightailed it out of there. Weirdest thing

"You're home a day early from your convention!"

"I know. My data plan is empty, and I couldn't bear the thought of you being alone here tonight without me, so I rebooked the flight to tgis evening instead of tomorrow morning. You deserve only the best tonight."

---

"I heard my brother doesn't want to impregnate you. Want some help? He'll just think it was an accident."

---

<Phone rings>

"What!?" She cried out to the guy on the other end of the line. "Did I really get that drunk and give out my number to so many men? You know what? Fine! I must have seen something on you. Come over tonight and give it your best shot. If it's bad I'll make sure all women you ever date will know the lousy performance you gave me."

---

<Sends spicy picture>

"I should never have left you. Come over tonight?>

"Evil twin, I'm stuck!"

Steve sat at the cafeteria table, innocently eating his lunch. Suddenly, he was confronted by an angry cheerleader.

"Why...?
What made you think...?
How could you...?

She was so angry she couldn't complete a sentence. But what she could do is slap his face so hard the table next to him was sprayed with the jello salad Steve had been eating.

Steve was leaning into his locker, searching for his biology book for his next class. He felt hands on his ass, then slide up his sides and around his chest, cupping his pectorals. He basked in the sensation before realizing, there was no one he was this close to. Who could it be?

He turned around to find Ms. Smith, a history teacher at the school.

"Oh Sam, last night was wonderful. Don't bother submitting your report, you've already earned your A." She winked and left for class.

Steve came home from school, it had been quite a day and frankly, he needed to have a talk with his twin brother Sam.

Standing in the kitchen, his mom entered, wearing only her houserobe.

"Oh Sam," she giggled, "You've returned already? My...aren't you the insatiable one?"

"Okay Tiger...c'mon. But be quick. Your brother Steve will be home soon."
