The domain thing again

The background:
I set up a webaccount at Resurser.com, but when I learned that I had been misinformed and misunderstood what was really required in order to get a working website of my own, I chose to cancel my account with them.
They then said that they had already registered the domainname, "pollyjuice.com", for me, which HAD been my first wish, before I changed my mind.
I've signed up with another company, but since Resurser.com has "locked" the domainname I wanted, I can't use it. However, the webaccount I set up with the other company, B-one.net, was created for that name, and can't be changed - unless I cancel that, too, and set up a whole new account with a new domainname - which a) I don't want, b) I can't afford. It would cost me about 600:-, apart from the 590:- I've already paid!

Today:
I've e-mailed Resurser.com and asked them to remove the locks on "pollyjuice.com", to delete it, so that it can be re-created by B-one.net. This would cost me some money too, but not as much as setting up a whole new account. Resurser.com ignores my e-mails, and have recently apparently blocked me from their mailing list, so that whenever I mail them, I get a "Mailbox is full"-message, which I don't believe in.
I've contacted eNom.com, the company where my domainname has been registered, and explained the situation to them, but I haven't received any replies - perhaps I'm blacklisted?
I've even looked up the website for Better Business Bureau, but I can't fill in their complaint form, because I can't find the postal code to Resurser.com anywhere, and BBB can't seem to understand what company I'm talking about, even though I copy and paste the webaddress for them.

What I want:
Help.
Advice.
A petition list. "Let go of our friend's domainname!" or something like that.
I have no idea.
Ofcourse, I COULD pay Resurser.com the $11,95 they're asking me for, but I'm afraid that if I do this, they won't let go of my domainname anyway, but keep it locked to them so that I an't move it over to B-one.net, where I want it to be.
Also, I don't think I should pay for something I don't want - them registring my domainname.

Help!:(
