Help with support author feature?

I read the FAQ, but I am still getting an error that Google can't solve.

This is the error :

Support Author link or user ID incorrect. Please check your link format (see FAQ).

I get when I put in my page (https://www.amazon.com/author/izenrannrinaldo)

It says to use an "authorID" but after Googling for 15 minutes, I can't find out how to access one?

Did you get an answer? I have an account ID for my kdp account, but it doesn't work either. The only thing I have that looks like what the FAQ mentions as an ID unique is the one for my book (B0F3Y3W6D4 -currently unlisted) so the full link would look something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F3Y3W6D4 but again, since my book is unlisted the link is broken anyways and I keep getting the same error as you.

So what I think this feature does is guide people to your amazon books where they can buy them to support you, but of course, they would be buying something other than the actual story that they wanted to support you for, and my secular work is vastly different from my literotica content. I don't want to lose anonymity. A paypal link would have been better, since you can still use an alias for those, but then again...you'd be getting personal details from your supporters so I guess that's also not an option.

Oh well.
