We were brewing today. 12 gallons of stout that will be ready for Christmas. A deep, rich, thick, tasty big beer using almost 60 pounds of grains. Mmmm.

It took all day and then some

Honey? We also kegged a Honey infused IPA we brewed a couple months ago. It'll be ready to bottle in two weeks. It's tasting good even uncarbonated.
