Lynch was nominated while Democrats controlled the Senate. When the GOP came to power the Democrats added abortion language to a bill the GOP wont approve. IF the abortion language comes out Lynch will be voted on.

Bottom line: Democrats don't want Lynch approved.

Sure. All Harry Reid hadda do was call for a vote on her. I suspect the prosecution of Bob Melendez is the real obstacle. He has plenty of friends in the Senate, and they know Christie will appoint a Republican if Melendez is convicted. Al Sharpton is talking shit about racism.
