Horrible shit that Trump does to the USA

This. We shut down in the spring, in part, to keep the hospitals running.
But we ALSO shut down to give govt time to ramp up. Millions lost their
jobs to give govt that time. And Trump ... squandered it.

Held back

As parents realize how badly the U.S. botched the next school year, we’re furious

The implicit bargain of the spring was that if everyone complied with the shutdowns,
the isolation, the social distancing, the working-while-parenting disasters and the rest,
the government would use that time to build enough testing, tracing and public health
infrastructure so that students could safely go back to school in person in the fall.

Try to put yourself in the Presidents position, not just in regard to dealing with this corona virus epidemic, but just in general. Society is such a big unwieldy thing that a single decision that solves everything and keeps everyone happy doesn't exist. We're not a technocratic run society, we elect fallible humans to make difficult decisions.

Yep, and Trump is one of the most fallible person running a country; a country gets the government it deserves via the electors choice through it's elections....

I have often felt that the US is just too large and diverse a country for a single President to ever unify. Whoever the President is, half the country will hate him/her.

Coming forward ended my career. I still believe doing what’s right matters.

Is serving on the National Security Council as the director for Eastern European,
Caucasus and Russian affairs, as the Russia political-military affairs officer for
the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and as a military attaché in the U.S.
Embassy in Moscow, of critical importance ? If you are having a battle with
Putin's ambition to corrupt every government on Earth, and Putin's interference

"I made the difficult decision to retire because a campaign of bullying, intimidation and

"This is the country I have served and defended, that all my brothers

bodysong comment- Someone far more educated, experienced, and braver than I am,
stood up to Trump. He observed and experienced the corrupting
influence Trump has had, since Trump gained an undeserved influence.

1) Splitting America's union into Alternate Universe America and Constitutional America
2.) Converting the seat of an American president into the throne of a tyrant
3.) Unlawfully attacking American citizens, attacking critics and political opponents
4.) Attacking American citizens that are loyal to America and the Constitution
5.) Rewarding his enablers, that allow the laws of the land to be subverted, perverted
6.) Allowing the deaths of millions of Americans to occur, because millions refuse
to vote for a tyrant to keep his stolen throne.
7.) Fighting against the trend of America becoming a more equal society.
8.) Destroying all of the People's assets
9.) Stealing the vote from the People
10.) Leading underlings into subversion, treachery, treason, corruption
11.) Coverting the halls of American government into the halls of liars and cowards
12.) Betraying the true, the loyal, the innocent, and the pure

The head of the government’s main international broadcasting agency flouted a subpoena
or congressional testimony Thursday, angering both Democrats and Republicans already
alarmed by his management tactics.

Michael Pack, chief executive of the U.S. Agency for Global Media, which oversees
Voice of America and similar institutions, was issued a subpoena by the House Foreign
Affairs Committee last week after he reneged on a promise to appear before the panel
citing unspecified “administrative proceedings,” according to the panel’s chairman,
Rep. Eliot L. Engel (D-N.Y.)

https://www.washingtonpost.com/nati...aa8296-fe76-11ea-b555-4d71a9254f4b_story.html

In Mile Pack's brief tenure, he has ousted the heads of VOA’s sister operations Radio
Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Radio Free Asia, the Middle East Broadcasting Networks
and the Open Technology Fund, frozen spending, and refused to renew the visas of
foreign journalists — a move he has defended as an effort to root out potential spies.

Spokesmen for the U.S. Agency for Global Media did not immediately respond
to a request for comment.

Trump's about to get drummed out by the system he bitterly assaulted at the debate

- Kerry Eleveld
September 30, 2020 12:41 PM

The best summation I heard of Tuesday night's debate came just moments afterward
from MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace, who described Donald Trump as an abuser who
abused the process, the debate moderator, and tried to abuse Joe Biden.

"It felt like an assault on our senses," she said. "It felt like an assault on our presidential
campaign process. It felt like another assault on our politics, because that's what it was."

Trump cannot stop Voice of America from telling listeners the truth.

Trump could not get rid of Voice of America through defunding operations-

Trump appointed someone that would swear loyalty to Trump, alone, above everything American.

VOA White House Reporter Investigated For Anti-Trump Bias By Political Appointees

An investigation by political appointees into the Voice of America's White House bureau
chief for anti-Trump bias is the latest act that may break federal laws promising its
journalistic independence.

"...two men appear to have violated laws and regulations intended to protect the federally
funded news outlet from political interference or influence. That has set off alarms within
the VOA newsroom-
already unnerved by investigations of coverage of Democratic presidential nominee Joe
Biden by VOA's Urdu language service and the tenor of language used to describe his
wife, Jill Biden, to introduce a segment on VOA's French to Africa language service.

Steve Herman has been its (VOA) bureau chief in India, South Korea and Thailand as well
as the network's senior diplomatic correspondent.

(uh-oh! Trump hates any diplomat that did not swear personal loyalty, directly to him.)

The investigation of Herman is the latest and perhaps the most blatant in a growing series
of episodes pointing to the politicization of the international broadcaster since Trump's
pick, Michael Pack, became CEO of its parent agency.

The nation's top military leaders were under self-quarantine Tuesday after a senior Coast Guard
official tested positive for the coronavirus, the Pentagon said. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs
of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley, and the vice chairman, Gen. John Hyten, were among those
affected, U.S. officials said.

Military leaders who were in contact with Adm. Charles W. Ray, the vice commandant of
the Coast Guard, were told Monday evening that he had tested positive, and they were all
tested Tuesday morning, according to several U.S. officials. Pentagon spokesman Jonathan
Hoffman said in a statement that none have exhibited symptoms or have so far tested positive.

It is not known how Ray contracted the virus. He attended an event for military families
at the White House about ten days ago, as did several military leaders. But it’s not clear
if he contracted the virus there or elsewhere, officials said.

The United States faces a presidential election in less than a month, and its two

So quiet, at the West Wing

Silent and deserted, like all of the offices that serve The People.

The men and women that Trump appointed, to head those offices, have tested positive.

Most of the people that quit, or were forced out by Trump's minions, are busy working
against Trump's greedy, harmful ideas- real employees, that earned their positions, not
wealthy lawyers that bought their way into Trump's inner circle of traitors, crooks, and
liars.

Presiderp Darth Insidious plans on leaving no one to pick up the pieces-

Another Executive Order from the desk of Trump

Its implications, however, are profound and alarming. It gives those in power the
authority to fire more or less at will as many as tens of thousands of workers
currently in the competitive civil service, from managers to lawyers to economists
to, yes, scientists.

This week’s order is a major salvo in the president’s onslaught against the cadre
of dedicated civil servants whom he calls the “deep state” — and who are really
the greatest strength of the U.S. government.

The administration grounds its action in the need to rid itself of “poor performers.”
Certainly, there’s room for reform to the cumbersome process required to remove
those who fall short of standards. But this president’s criteria for determining
satisfactory performance begin and end with personal loyalty.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opin...223cac-1561-11eb-bc10-40b25382f1be_story.html

(So many departments defied Trump.)

Not only will politically motivated firing become easier, but it will also be easier to
hire those who meet Mr. Trump’s standards: obsequiousness and, more often than not,
a lack of qualifications. With no competitive process in place, leaders can appoint
whom they please — or rather, who pleases them.

Look at the way he stormed out of the 60 minutes interview, like an overgrown toddler.

What intelligent human being can see that and think, "Wow, there is a manly, strong man"?

No, most sane people see a bratty manchild.

Meanwhile, Biden took those tough questions like a champ.

Who is the manly man?

Prefers pink hair, to match the bloodstains of Trump's Purge Parade! -
bloodshot eyes look great, used white chalk under-eye bags concealer
to make the broken veins look redder. Avoid that hooded, sunken eye ball
Made a clown's eye circle inside the eye socket!

Coindence- Trump signs Halloween pumpkin at Maine rally this weekend,
using his favorite black Sharpie marker. Twins!

(Fucking coincidence- Trump's face was bleeding from his cosmetic surgery,
but he accused Mika Brzezinski of a face-lift. Jun 29, 2017 Soon, afterwards
Trump is using Bronze concealer that is so dark in colour, that Trump's laugh
lines had the appearance of someone had suffered from a prank-
drawing the lines in black Sharpie marker.

Trump's Grand Purge Executive Order-

Last week, he signed a "big deal" executive order that mostly flew under the radar and
will make it much easier for him to oust career government officials. In Trump's case,
that means anyone who isn't doing what he wants them to do and saying what he wants
them to say will quickly be axed.

The U.S. government will simply become a bureaucracy of (Trump) loyalists willing
to back whatever Trump's latest horrific and inherently destructive policy is.

That can easily be turned on him and his guys can get axed on the same logic. That being said, most of the replacements from both men's camps will be dictated to them by Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. The bankers and Wall Street will determine staffing of either second-term Trump or first-term (and likely only term) Biden.

Mich McConnell has yet, again, refused to sign on to Democrats plan to give

and how it relies on norms, and bipartisan agreement to work together in good faith.
It's not exactly a hallmark of Trump's America.

What is Trump's hallmark ? It is "Let's You and Them fight."

Four years of Americans fighting Americans. Division, not unity.

Trump sends others to fight his battles. He just yaps on TV and Twitter.

Trump just walks away, when confronted. He avoids questions.

He sent a girl to take a journalist's microphone, away. After, Trump made false accusations.
Trump used an edited and falsified video recordings, that was quickly debunked.

now while we’re still at the martial law stage of the coup, the 'pardon
convicted General Michael Flynn’ stage of the coup, in which he sends out
tweets calling for martial law and for suspending the Constitution’ and the
Trump attorney Linn Wood stage of the coup where he calls for martial law
and for preparations for civil war and the Rudy Giuliani continuing part
of the coup.

"His nationwide fraud tour now joined by that woman who was either Drunk Karen

in which Republicans like Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin are insisting that they are
all going along with all this simply because no Republican could overlook Trump’s vote total
that somehow we have to accommodate the 74 million Trump voters

We still have a lot of crises going on. A good deal of that can be rooted, in my opinion,
in a crises of information and the truth.

We’ve seen the pandemic, the campaign and now, as you and I speak in the aftermath
of the election, we’ve seen very clearly how the sinister role of propaganda has affected
our national discourse. That, unfortunately, has been one of the signatures of 2020.
Lies are spreading faster than mildew in a damp basement.

bodysong comment- Trump's Way is toxic. The evidence and proof is that people are dying.

There were 3,157 COVID-19 deaths recorded on December 2, MORE THAN 3.000 AMERICANS DIED IN A SINGLE DAY from the CoVID-19 virus and over 270,000 Americans have died of the virus since the pandemic started.

This should be the sort of thing that spurs our national leaders to immediate and extreme action in an attempt to save American lives, but if you're Trump, you just ignore the whole thing and whine about how Biden beat you 2020 presidential election.

The very same day that more than 3,000 Americans died Trump posted a 46-minute speech online (the most important speech he's ever made, according to him), filled with baseless and erroneous claims of election fraud, as well as false assertions that the election was “stolen.”

During this speech he didn't bring up any plans for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and he only mentioned the word “pandemic” four times — not to express condolences to families of loved ones who have passed or to urge social distancing measures, but to make unsubstantiated claims that Democrats “used” the crisis as a means of defeating him at the polls.

Yeah, Trump doesn't care how many Americans die. He's never going to list a finger to help them. He doesn't care about dead Americans or America's national security.

Trump only cares about Trump.
