Sad to watch. Hungary will survive, maybe Poland. The Swedes are trying to pull back from the brink. Their economies are stagnant and their leaders aren't going to do a damn thing about it. They've embraced socialism and all that that doctrine brings with it. Free speech is a thing of the past in those nations that were once the birth place of classical liberalism.

The military planes that stock the air forces of Europe mostly come from the US. They are almost certainly fitted with kill switches for the event that the US is hostile with that country. Likewise, every computer/server installed in every army/navy/air force HQ, tank, ship, civilian police, political institution etc, etc.

Europe is now frantically resupplying with equipment from China to mitigate the threat from the US aligned with Russia.

And the only way that those speech rights will ever be recovered is via revolution or the act of a very, very, rare politician for that power is one that a towering figure will willingly cede back to the people.

In that vein I'm beginning to think that Trump believes that Canada is irretrievably lost and fully intend to bankrupt them.
