And they're so confident in themselves that they allow themselves to be pickled without questioning whether they're still a cucumber or, in fact, have gone full pickle.

Nice in a Kachumber Cooler, a Cucumber Cocktail, or a Green Beast. Surprisingly, a good ingredient in curries. They also, grated up, can make some lovely pancakes.
