I never saw a link to an article but I did hear a day or so ago about the additional cost due to the low dollar, plus a bunch of standard cost over runs typical of a government project.

All the bragging Harper did about getting Canada through the recession is gone for a crap now on trudeau's watch...its gonna be funny for a while
