You are quite welcome. I hope that the spring mood helps. I just love it when my yard has all those colors coming through. Will try to take some more of the budding tulips and hyacinth and leafing trees.

Thanks, yes you are correct that it is flowering groundcover. I have been told it is vinca vines.

Vinca!!! I have a big bed of it in my front yard under one of my Norway Maples! The paisly-shaped bed of Vinca is hidden under the carpet of leaves under the tree in the foreground:

They're fine in dry soil and shade. I need that with the shallow roots under that species of tree. ^_^

Thanks TT. I work mostly with a vatiety of greens - you have colors all over the spectrum...and your photographs are beautiful. (>^_^)>

Have you been into the deep woods lately (I think I remember you showing me pics from around a cabin)? :)

For desert terrain we do have a pretty colorful spring. i didn't realize how colorful until i had the camera in my hand and i seemed to wake up to everything around me :cool:

LOL funny you should ask that, i was just going thru most of my photo files last night and came across my web page for that Hunting lodge i was at last year. which sent me on a mad search for the single photos. I found them, set them aside to upload them back into photobucket. thinking i'd post a couple of those pics over here and completely forgot about them until reading this post haha.
So i'll get them up when i log on tomarrow:)
