Always a fun idea. I had a story idea like this and I've tried summarizing it here twice, but it's so full of plot holes that I gave up. Back to the drawing board. It's a sexy and fun idea though. Gotta love a naughty nurse.

Had a recurring fantasy that we have an older neighbor widower in his early 70's. Very healthy but shoulders and hands are riddled with arthritis to the point of not being able to get off. He confides that his wife used to take care of him with her hands and mouth although sex was painful for her. When I share this with my wife, we both have ideas how to be a good neighbor.
