“Grandkids” at the retirement community

Simple enough idea: young people make some “paid arrangements” with people in a retirement community to live there and be their sexual playthings. However, as it’s a gated community they have to claim to be their grandkids (as if they claimed something like “care provider” they would be asked to show credentials or provide actual health care).
