The captive

Breathing hard trying to compose myself i say. “Not sure.. not long I think...you?” I fall to one knee trying to stretch my long legs. Hearing movement in another room so i know my captor is still close as i call out to you, gaining a bit of confidence knowing I have at least one other fenale to talk to. My face flush as part of ne secretly liked being taken as the blindfold still keeps me in the dark which heightened my hearing.

I moved the cuff from behind your back to the front and that would allow you to remove the blindfold when you stretch your hands.

I had not spoken a word and left the place. Leaving you two to make friend. There are a small bottle of mineral water and some bread for each of you.

The motif is still unclear and it's for you to find out.

I gasped as I felt strong hands working on the cuffs. I felt my hands being moved from behind my back to the front of my body. It felt more comfortable. I was afraid to speak as I knew it was my captor who had rearranged my hands. I only knew you had left me when I heard your foot steps moving away from me. I waited a bit longer before I removed the blindfold and looked around. It seemed to be some sort of warehouse. I opened and closed my hands to get rid of the stiffness. I was surprised to see mineral water and bread. I tasted both and it seemed to be free of any drugs so I ate and drank. Afterward I felt a bit stronger. I remembered the other woman and called out to her, "Did our kidnapper move your cuffs from behind your back to the front of your body?"

I am to move my hands to lift my blindfold off. I look around and see the other female. “Where are we? How long have you been here?” Trying to establish any details that I possibly can to help my situation. “Hey freak now we have blindfolds off lets see you now!” I hiss showing my feisty better than thou attitude. Breathing hard from the tension and uncertainty of my situation in the air and awaiting you to show yourself to us

I quickly turned my face to the sound of the other woman's voice. I slowly shook my head no as I told her, "I don't know where we are but this place looks like a warehouse. I have no idea how long I have been hear but it feels forever." I do not know why this man has kidnapped us. Suddenly the woman calls out, “Hey freak now we have blindfolds off lets see you now!” I could hear you breathing hard as I say, "I wouldn't say things like that to this man as he might hurt you even more. We have to try to stay calm and find a way to get free." I could hear the woman breathing hard and knew she was frightened as I was but didn't want her to hyperventilate. I softly asked, "What is your name? I am Linda."

I had given them some bread and water so they can feel their stomach and curse me. At least I can know their first reaction to this. Kimberly is short temper, loud mouth and Linda is more a coward. Of course this is not always true when the circumstances change.

The girls are chatting one another, I suppose they are waiting for me to come back. That is quite true since nothing much they can do. I enjoy listening to their conversation.

I waited patiently for the woman to tell me her name. Strangely she had gone silent. I began to hyperventilate thinking that the crazed man had come in silently and taking her away. I called out again trying not to sound as frightened as I was. "So tell me, what is your name?"

“Kimberly” I say as I catch my breath. Looking around trying to catch my bearings and maybe even a way out or at least a way out of these restraints at first. I wonder if our captor is here or watching us from somewhere else. My breathing goes back to normal as I try to make snall talk to distract myself. “ what do you do Linda? I work at the banknas a teller and loan executive.” I await her response and nervous anticipation on our captor as I secretly liked being taken like that.

I was relieved as Kimberly spoke to me. It took some of the fear away from me. I told her, "I am a secretary for a Lawyer in the city. What do you do for a living?" Talking with you gave me a sense of normalcy which helped to calm me down. I waited for your reply thinking about other things that we could talk about to keep her mind off of what was happening to us.

“Kimberly I work as a teller and executive lo..loan officer at the bank”. I talk kind of quietly as I hear footsteps in another room knowing my... our captor is coming back soon. As I wait in nervous anticipation if his next move and which one of us is next for whatever his plans are.

I am watching them from a distance and amused by their conversation. They seem to be cautious to each other at first and through the conversation they become more relaxed talking and sharing. However when night draw in, and I did not appear at all, they begin to react differently. The mix emotion of hungry, angry, confused, frustration or probably cold has strong effect on them.

I was running out of things to say as time went on. It seemed as if our captor was not coming. I began to panic wondering if he had left us to die in this place. It was getting dark and colder in this place. I knew I was panicing as I spoke to you. Where do you suppose he is. Its getting late and I am cold and hungry. Do you think he left us here to die?
