Welcome to The Bears Den......This is going to be my lil play house......I tried one pic thread and for my own reasons had it deleted......To all my followers.....I am truely sorry....I just couldn't do it anymore....Me and Pics just don't agree......But I loved having the thread so that is why I am creating my Bear Den....Hope people will visit, flirt and leave lil jokes, poems etc....

Yeah that pic looks mighty painful.....

Got a little bit of good news today.....My new MRI's come back and he said that it don't look like there is any torn ligaments or tendons after all that I might have just sprained my knee.....And that he still wants me to see an orthepedic dr just in case.....He is putting me in Physical therepy so that it can strengthen my knee....so well will see
