Yes they do! And they are only hard to aim when you're shooting at moving targets! Which is exactly how we used ours...my newest outdoor fun toy is potato gun/spud cannon. Oh the creativity that comes from a little liqour and boredom. *sigh*

Well to be perfectly honest, water balloons aren't exactly the first things that come to mind when you say 'down south'. But that's alright. And it's alright to shoot first and clam up later when it's water balloons you're talking about. The potato cannon on the other hand, hurts like hell and you'll be answering for pot-shots taken with that thing.
