DG: Thanks. Hoping to get some answers soon as to why I'm constantly dizzy and nauseous and having heart palpitations. Maybe when I get my focus back a story is a possibility. Fingers crossed.

Thanks Red! I'm hanging in there. Going to see a holistic practitioner tonight to see if they might pick up on something that traditional doctors haven't and then the rest of the week will be diagnostic testing and results. I had to stop my meds today to prepare for inner ear/balance test on Wednesday so they don't influence the results. Blech! On a positive note though, my new doctor has referred me to a Fibromyalgia Clinic which I'll be starting in February. I'm really curious to see what that's about and how they might help me.

My daughter was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and was on meds for several months, eventually and thankfully she grew out of it, something that some teens are able to do. Hopefully, it will not return. It was so painful for her. A soft gentle touch to her arm would send waves of pain throughout her body.

I really hope you get on the mend very quickly.

I'll keep that in mind, but my waiting is because the story isn't finished. Too much stuff going on in January.

Sappy isn't a bad thing, especially if you can twist it somehow. Anyway, the point is to get your stuff out in front of the readers as much as possible and for as long as possible. Contests are always good for that.

My V-day story showed up. Anyone else have theirs appeared early?

I posted the note about it being a V-day entry. Do I need to PM Laurel and have it removed? Or does this happen sometimes? I don't mind having it removed for a couple days. I don't want to be harassed by some folks that aren't that friendly for "cheating".

Red, you got a really complimentary comment on your V-Day story. Hope you can keep it. So far (9 a.m., EST, 1/18/12), you seem to have been the only contestant whose story jumped the gun. And interestingly enough, your story isn't listed among your posted stories when I went to your story page.
