The Atlantic Caught Lying Again

Blah, blah blah, bullshit, obfuscation, more bullshit, more bullshit, blah, blah, blah.
Question for you, if there are ten people in a room and five are "illegals", do you support the immediate deportation of all 10 without due process?

I'm guessing if they were not white guys, he'd say yes....

The government accused him of being in MS13. He has denied that accusation and the government has failed to prove their accusations.

The truth is that he isn't a gang member.

Why are you commies afraid OF TRUTH?
The government seems to be the one afraid of the truth,.else they'd allow due process.

Your party of communist perverts is going down regardless what way you spin it!
How exciting

And the main reason is YOU spin everything!
Facts aren't spin.

The Atlantic thought they could get a scalp with the Signal story involving top Trump officials discussing anti-Houthi operations. That chat, which was held on an encrypted, government-approved messenger app, accidentally added the publication’s editor and notorious anti-Trump writer Jeffrey Goldberg, who claimed classified information was divulged. It was not, and no one cared because we know the publication peddled in myth. The DC bubble is not the people. It barely dented Trump’s approval rating. When the usual anti-Trump critics come to full froth, it’s usually over nothing. Again, the people know Trump now; these stories aren’t going to work, especially when they’re soaked in lies.

So, imagine our surprise when this deportation sob story in The Atlantic turned out to be fake news trash. It’s another piece of propaganda aimed at trying to dent the immensely popular mass deportation policy Trump has initiated. Some father was taken off the streets and deported. Yeah, first, he’s an illegal alien. Second, he’s not some father: he’s a member of MS-13, which was buried in the story. This man was also cited by the courts as a danger to public safety six years ago:
Somebody got caught lying, but it wasn't The Atlantic.
Here's the story from ABC News:

Abrego-Garcia's attorneys said that he "is not a member of or has no affiliation with Tren de Aragua, MS-13, or any other criminal or street gang" and said that the U.S. government "has never produced an iota of evidence to support this unfounded accusation."

In response to the error, the government has acknowledged the error but said in a filing that because Abrego-Garcia is no longer in U.S. custody, the court cannot order him to be returned to the U.S. nor can the court order El Salvador to return him.
. . .
"Abrego-Garcia, a native and citizen of El Salvador, was on the third flight and thus had his removal order to El Salvador executed," said Robert L. Cerna, acting field office director for ICE in a sworn declaration. "This removal was an error."
. . .
In the sworn declaration, Cerna said the removal was "carried out in good faith."

"This was an oversight, . . . "

Did Rightguide get this info from the same site that fooled him into believing there was massive Dem election fraud in 2020?

Yep. ...exactly. The government is just deporting whoever the fuck they want. Immigration status doesn't matter. Because dear leader needs the numbers.

Reminds me of Senator McCarthy and the hunt for Communist spies in the middle of the last century.

Yes, there were Communist spies (after all, they stole the atomic bomb secrets!), but McCarthy didn't actually find any spies! He just harassed people who had joined leftist groups in the 1930s (remember back then when tariffs tanked the world economy?) while letting Joe Stalin's real spies go undetected.

So now Trump is whining about something true (there are illegal immigrants who've committed crimes) but not actually doing anything about the problem, and hurting innocent people in the process.

Illegals have no tax records.
People here legally are being arrested for being "terrorists."

There is no, "you gotta break a few eggs to make an omelette!" excuse that is justifiable.

Here’s the facts:

Note: the statement above IS true.

Signal is an independent, open-source messaging application known for its strong end-to-end encryption, ensuring that only the communicating users can read the messages. It is not developed or directly authorized by any government entity. However, its robust security features have led to its adoption by various organizations and individuals, including government officials, for secure communication.

In March 2017, the U.S. Senate approved the use of Signal for communication among senators and their staff, recognizing its encryption capabilities. Similarly, in February 2020, the European Commission recommended Signal to its staff for instant messaging, highlighting its commitment to privacy and security.

Despite these endorsements, some U.S. government agencies have expressed reservations. For instance, the Department of Defense has not authorized Signal for transmitting non-public information, citing concerns about compliance with records retention policies and the Freedom of Information Act.
True that the govt allows its use. It’s great for scheduling meetings and agendas, lunch, business discussions involving non-classified information, office gossip, etc.

But in addition to the bolded concerns about records retention, it’s a NSFW platform for classified information. Neither is Gmail. Oops

People certainly don't understand what due process is. They certainly don't understand the power and job of the judiciary. And our Press Secretary doesn't even understand the branches of government.
But she's got a hot body, that's good enough for Trump and his cult.
