The Athlete Registry

Well I did track, and a little football in HS.
Nothing in college, but I have a son that is a swimmer in college!

Bowling rocks. Caly, come up here, we'll go candlepin bowlin. I'm nasty at it. But if ya want, we can do 10 pin. Its easier to rack up a high score that way though.

High School, volleyball, track, cheerleading, basketball

College, nothing

Other, swimming, bowling, and bed sports!

I have to say that I am impressed with the athletic prowness of this board...thanks for the replies.

You didn't indicate sexual atheltes, bet there are a bunch of them on this board!

You look more like the Varsity peepshow to me!

High School: Soccer, Swimming, Hockey, Track & Field (polevault/Javelin/Hurdles)

College: Swimming, Track & Field

Now: Hockey, Soft Ball, Soccer, Rock Climbing/Mountaineering (not all during the same season)

I also coach my daughter's soccer team.

I see a lot of people in here mention they were in track. All of the ones that listed their events had one thing in common, none of them were sprinters. I was a sprinter (100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x400m) and I was just wondering if there were any other sprinters or were you all just distance/throwers/jumpers?

School: School teams for Football(or soccer to you american ingrates), Basketball, Fencing

Also played Table Tennis, some track running, did a bit of Rowing, and swam for my house team.

University: Basketball and Football again, plus some Badminton

Now I've added weight training to the list. I play a snooker regularly as well, but I don't really count that as a sport :)

I used to do 100m in around 12 and a half seconds until I bust my ankles playing ball(was around 17 at the time). I don't think I can manage that anymore...

I ran the 300M Hurdles/400M hurdles(highschool/College)

Occasionally ran the 400M (HS)

Ran both the 4x100 and 4x400 (HS - both - third legs)

And ran the 100M , twice my first 2 meets, then never again

Jr High - Baseball, Hockey, Football, 100m sprint, 200m sprint and part of the 4x100 relay team.

Sr. High - Baseball, Football, Bowling (yes 5 pin bowling rocks) .. I wanted to really concentrate on a baseball career .. Hockey was played as well, just not at an organized level.

Now - Hockey, Bowling, Softball
