I am afraid of silly putty...have you ever had that shit stuck in your hair?

If you could go back in time and live in any historical era, what era would you pick?
The 30's/40's time period... love the graciousness of the times. The clothes were pretty cool too!

Do you have anything in your wardrobe with fringe?

Nope, no fringe.
What is your favorite fabric for ladies' lingerie?

Oh gods, it's silk hands down. I mean it's silk. I wish my briefs were made of silk... It's not like I leave enough hints round Christmas or my birthday to the gf

Have you got hot and steamy with someone and just as things are about to get interesting, you realise you have your big girl/boy boring every day, so none sexy pants on?

I mean have you ever started to have sex only to realise you have passion killing underwear on that you don't want anyone to see? :D

No. Way too many firewalls. Also, not my style to do such a thing.

What is one book that has so much wisdom that you'd give it to your friends, teenagers, elder friends?

It's a toss up between "Oh, The Places You'll Go" and "Have You Filled a Bucket Today."

Of course one cannot discount the power of "The Wizard of Oz" which contains all important lessons in life. Including the fact that witches melt when in contact with water.

What book do you recommend for improving your sex life?

Any blank journal will do.

How long could you stare at your favorite work of art?

Depending on size, probably about 3 minutes. Total guess.

Do you have a contemporary fine artist that is on your radar lately?

No...I do not know any artists by name at all....

What is the most picturesque location you have ever been to?

I have been to both Hell, MI and Climax, MI.

Where is the strangest place you've ever had sex?

Been to both, and Hell in the Cayman Islands is better than Hell MI. :D

Strangest? Ever? A quickie in an abandoned fire tower of dubious structural integrity was fun. Yugoslavian mental institution? Behind a police station in a cruiser?

Ever have sex under a full set of canvas?

Nope.

What is your darkest fantasy?

I don't have dark fantasies.

Same question. :)

:p

I guess it's a fantasy of being a tragic figure, family lost in terrible accident. But I arise from the depression and find love and lust again.

When you blow out the candles on your birthday, what do you wish for?

Continued happiness for myself and those I love.

What's your favorite "guilty pleasure"?

What's your favorite "guilty pleasure"?

Whenever I travel, I arrange a spa day. Often, I fly early and get a massage/facial/etc while they're getting my room ready. It helps me settle into vacation mode.

My other guilty pleasure that is more local - my boys and I will make s'mores on the grill. silly.. but I love watching them squish the toasty marshmallows between the crackers

Have you ever kept in contact with someone you met on vacation?

What do you consider to be personal space on the internet?

Nope.

What do you consider to be personal space on the internet?

wow.. that's a toughie. I think it's defined by the each person. The few people that I've allowed inside that circle of personal space (where it's lasted) have been able to provide this sense of trust that we could each establish boundaries and they would be respected. When it didn't work, it was because one of needed more or less space and the other one didn't get it. I also think that space is dynamic. Mine changes as my life gets hectic.
we could write a thesis on this one.. but I'll stop

Pick a culture other than your own and describe something about it that fascinates you.

You didn't really answer my question, you answered the consequences of it lol.
Most Asian cultures, what fascinates me is that in the ones I know a bit about the mentally and physically handicapped are swiftly removed from their peers and usually live most of their lives in their rooms. Most of them only finish k-6 some not even that.

When you regret something, is it more that you did something or that you did something and someone else twisted the result into something you despised?

I think personal space is defined by each person - that it is not a clearly defined parameter other than how it exists within each relationship.

I'm not sure that I've ever had regrets other than if I've done something that someone else misconstrued and interpreted negatively

What is your baseline expectation of a friend?

I expect a friend to be there and not disappear if things get rough. If I am willing to give you my last $ and pick your ass up at 2 a.m., then I expect the same in return.

Why do you think people have a hard time being loyal?

Why do you think people have a hard time being loyal?

Nowadays? I think it's because people are bombarded with too much information so they can't get a clear view of what's happening. Loyalty is something that's earned through personal perspective of others actions. When you get fifty perspectives, it's hard to piece together a consistent story so loyalty wavers.

And also some people are just greedy assholes.

How do you think the pace of technology has affected interpersonal relationships?
