Not sure when it is appropriate...but by the time they are entering their senior of high school, they better figure out where their meals will be coming from the following year....lol....actually, it is probably never a good idea to push anyone in any direction when it comes to their future....

I pushed my kids to go to college, but they had no idea what they wanted to major in...so I, "gave advice" on going first, and figuring out what to major in later after they started.

My son ended up majoring in Aerospace Engineering...only to not use the degree and became a fencing instructor (yes, sword fighting type fencing)...but then ended up going back to school attempting to get his post-graduate degree in advanced mathematics...

My daughter graduated with an advanced math degree, but is not interested in using the degree for any professional purposes...and is trying to go back to school to get a 2nd degree in another field to support her desires to be a counselor....

Not a drop of advice I gave them on a direction worked out...only the push to go to college did...

I had dinner at Trulucks in La Jolla last month. I had eaten there before and knew it would be good.. but it was outstanding. Of all time, I would say that the best is Il Mulino NY in the village.. every single time.

every pair of scrubs I own is the same.. and I am usually in a skirt on other days. If any time is wasted at all, it's spent deciding if I need to swap out my pocketbook or jewelry. Other than that, I can pretty much grab anything and know that it will fit.

Dressing up I like sheath dresses, nice slacks and colorful tops.... I really like vintage and one of a kind or unique items as well. Cheetah prints are a must have for me.

Typically I read a little in bed. After that, I try to get comfortable. I roll around a little, flipping from my side, to my stomach, and sometimes back. But then I settle in and fall asleep.
