Well I don’t know that I can tell you this … because the plans have already been submitted to the society of evil scientists and then you’d have to sign and NDA .. and that’s just too much paperwork for me. I CAN tell you it’s very, very cold.

So much bureaucracy. Ever since the SES formed the Lair Steering Committee it's been nothing but "triplicate this" and "certify that". Can't a madman just plot total world destruction without also needing to file an environmental impact statement?
