Just think about it, do YOU personally respect newbies as much as you would anyone? Granted respect is earned and not given, but hard for a newbie to earn it if you don't give them a chance.

You get treated the same as anyone else here would be by me...no different...no judgments no disrespect unless you show me otherwise.

Granted this topic comes up often, however where is the cutoff for newbie, and savvy experienced pro? Yes, some people will always be a hack, and still others with their own agenda. Others will spend an inordinate amount of time here to have 10 million posts, aside from all this. What dictates newbie? Being a newbie isn't difficult, I think to what you are refering is respect. To what are others respected, that would be the better question.
