Lol. I'm working on that story. She's meeting him and he's taking her shopping to buy some bondage gear. I'm kind of going mild bdsm that gets less mild as their relationship continues. We're below Lake Tahoe, below Kit Carson Pass, below Kirkwood mountain resort. We call its weekend traffic pattern the Kirkwood 500. It gets brutal on our narrow trans-Sierra highway. Went into town for a haircut and then got some groceries. We have nice weather yet today but they predict hot and humid for tomorrow.

Something reactionaries get that libs don't is that, generally, people are wild animals. They (we) may be somewhat socialized so we don't piss our beds and fuck our dogs, but they (we) are still murderous beasts, ruled by our backbrains and easily-provoked hormones.

It's fun being an animal. Thought is unneeded. Immediate emotional highs and lows rule use, and we react. Pissed off? Kill something! See something different? Kill it! Smash it! Burn it! Or if it's scary, RUN! RUN, YOU FUCKERS!

Meanwhile, we mostly try to stay away from polytix in AH. (Polytix = many parasites.) I recently posted some links that were topical but not overtly polemical or polarized. That stuff can be hard to wash down with coffee, which is required here. Tell us if you drive a stake through Chloe's heart.

I still think this thread is for vignettes on people's days and what they face that day. (It certainly is taken that way by you and most others). I didn't ask for my day to be push politics. I would have loved for my day to be limited to tea kettles, nipple clamps, and fishing poles, but that wasn't my choice.

Yes, this thread is for people to put forth their day but please use some common sense. The news is for the news when it is political or controversial even if it is in your back yard. You should be the first to understand that people are here to relax and enjoy themselves.

Good afternoon, folks. I'm running a little slow today, fighting off a summer cold it seems. Luckily, the munchkin and I made zucchini bread yesterday so breakfast was zucchini bread, eggs and sausage with Dunkin Donuts medium roast made up in the French press. Delightful on a sunny morning on the hill.

The doors are open, sky is blue with white fluffy clouds and the breeze is occasionally making the wind chimes offer music.

I got a little editing in yesterday and plan to do more today along with making chocolate zucchini bread.
