I edited the link in my post and it works for me now. If it won't for you, try using the author search on the story page. That worked for me. Be sure it's punctuated correctly: jeanne_d_artois
I haven't heard from HP in over a year. I've emailed him a number of times at his real identity, but his accounts are all down. I've resigned myself to his passing. He was as interesting in person as he was on lit.@HandleyPage. A gentleman of the old school. No confirmation of his passing, but it looks like his works are all gone. RIP
Yes, Sam has passed. He told me it was coming, but, I'm sorry to say, I don't have the date.I think we can add @SamScribble. He posted about two years ago to relate his experience with a recent near-fatal episode and said that he wouldn't go through that again. He posted once since then, a little more than a year ago,
Yes, likewise. I chatted with him via email quite a lot pver the years -last time was in Feb this year and it was a one line response - he wa susually really good at replying, but since then I emailed a few times t check in and no reply, so sadly, I fear HP has left us.I haven't heard from HP in over a year. Aw! Most of TXRAD's stories aren't really my thing, but the story Gerri is one of the best stories on the whole site, I think.
I talked with hp at the beginning of the summer and he was fine then, but not since. His phone still rings, his house isn’t up for sale and there no obit, so I suspect he’s In hospital again.I haven't heard from HP in over a year. Only one of his accounts bounced back to me, the other are going through, but he’s notorious for forgetting passwords and had ask me to keep them in the past.I talk with hp at the beginning of the summer, but not since. We are old friends, I’m not giving up, I’ll find him.

I stand corrected, but how odd! I tried multiple times and couldn’t get them. So did another person.
