I grew up in redneck land with an Eastern European last name. I don't believe there is a joke along those lines I haven't heard. Same with jokes about my original profession.

My Norwegian grandma was born on the kitchen table in what is now a ghost town in Alaska, right about 9 months and 1 day after great-grandma arrived in Alaska.

My mom was delivered in her grandmas bed... her grandma was midwife... my mom also went to a one room.school house.
