I was reading that pupil shape has to do with being a prey animal or a predator animal
Correct, to a certain degree. In the case of goats the horizontal pupil gives a very wide field of vision. A cat's vertical pupil allows it to control the light entering the eye to a greater degree than a round pupil would.

Also, as a general rule, prey animals have eyes on the sides of their head while predators have them on the front. This allows predators to judge distance more accurately whereas prey animals have a wider field of vision that allows them to see an attack coming.

I did some salt pepper onion and garlic powder and baked 275 for 2 1/3 hrs in a pan covered with foil. Then put the BBQ sauce on and broiled uncovered to sticky up the sauce.... purists would be appalled but they are delicious

I love it too...... some of the questions are so hard
I tired out once but didn’t make it past the test. I can often get the questions right, just not fast enough. 🙁

The test is really hard. You only have a few seconds to get it right.

I am happy to see shout outs to my local Delco in the past few years. From Wawa to just the other night watching the Lions player into Media Elementary.

It's a Delco thing

I tested too and didn't make it....guess I dont have it. Maybe wheel of fortune is more my speed

I make a good roasted chicken..... key is to use enough seasoning as chicken esp the breast is bland and boring without plentiful seasoning....
SO many comments went through my mind...breasts are NOT boring! was ONE thought....(grin)
There was jar of salsa in this that added enough spices ...

Lentil soup was on the stove when I got home. It was quite good.

Oven ribs are pretty easy. I'm glad they turned out to be tasty.

Can’t believe I missed this thread!

58 here, been around a long time, mainly to write but I do wander into the forums sometimes.

Don’t consider myself old unless I have to move fast…that ain’t happening anymore!

Married to a Litster who is CONSIDERABLY 😂older than I am, but I don’t think he has found his way over here.

Going to go back and read through, hopefully I’m not the old lady in the room!
You are definitely not the old lady here! You're just a baby girl! I'm not sure, but I may have snagged that particular honor! 😅😅 Welcome! I'm glad to see more ladies here! 💞

I joined the Navy at 17, retired at 37 and have been at my current job for 24 years. Same stuff, different day or SSDD. This is why I joined Literotica to see if I can get a little excitment back in my life.

Welcome.

I was in the army - a tanker. But I am male.

Anyways - thanks for your service. My dad was in the navy. I shamed my family by joining the army! 😂😂
Thank you both for your service. My dad was career USAF.
