My bad. Yeah I attended parochial school when I was growing up so that's what we called it back in the days.

Granted I'm chillen by browsing thru LIT and I actually have my YouTube window open to the side listening to Christmas songs with a fireplace. I feel old calling it s night but I can hear both my boys playing Xbox in their room and that makes me smile at least.
I remember you posting about how you're not sleeping well due to your mind wandering and I felt bad for you. Trust me I'm the same way since I get only 4 to 5 hours of sleep at best.

Have you been to PT for this? I did when I has sciatica. They taught me some great exercises that really help. I haven't had sciatica pain in over 10 years.I had terrible sciatica and lower right side back pain last night. A little better today. Only relief is to stand up and walk around.... it is awful. Thanks for the offer...

Wow an a1C level of 9.5 to below a 6 is outstanding!!! I recently got.my aic to 5.6 from the high 6s by losing about 40lbs since the summer.
When my doctor so the weight loss he immediately told.me to stop taking my Jardiance and this was even before he saw my blood work haaaa!?!? The weight gain and extra pounds is what causes all of not most of our health issues!!
