It’s “script”.....some of these guys can hardly print today..
That's my 12 year old son but then again all they need to be able to write is their name since they're typing on their keyboard or cell all day and all night these days.

I just saw my son's handwriting yesterday after a long time and was pleasantly surprised it looked better. No where near good or great but better. I guess that counts for something?

Well I cooked a delicious baked chicken dinner for the family ....... their words not mine 🤣 and the kitchen is clean and now a little before 8pm I'm in bed, ready to call it a night?!?!

Granted I'm chillen by browsing thru LIT and I actually have my YouTube window open to the side listening to Christmas songs with a fireplace. I feel old calling it s night but I can hear both my boys playing Xbox in their room and that makes me smile at least.

Sounds yummy and relaxing to some music to get in the Xmas spirit. I am waiting for white Christmas to come on I a bit. Watching a bb show about decorating. Trying to be more festive and keep the worries at bay

I remember you posting about how you're not sleeping well due to your mind wandering and I felt bad for you. Trust me I'm the same way since I get only 4 to 5 hours of sleep at best.

I'd often wake up at 4am to 415sm 5 times a week and can't go back to sleep. It's nice to fall into that deep sleep where your conscious mind can't worry but the second you do wake up then it's thinking and worrying again. Sucks I know.

Hello all
I just came across this thread, found it interesting and decided to join.
I'm a 69 year old recently widower from the eastern usa hoping to join in and meet new people
I'm so sorry for your loss! 🫂🫂

I hope you find Lit to be entertaining, stimulating, and enlightening. I've only been here a short time and have found it so.

I had terrible sciatica and lower right side back pain last night. A little better today. Only relief is to stand up and walk around.... it is awful. Thanks for the offer...😉
Have you been to PT for this? I did when I has sciatica. They taught me some great exercises that really help. I haven't had sciatica pain in over 10 years.

Good day (not sure where you all are)
Grey and miserable outside. still at least I did not have to scrape a foot of ice of the car this morning.
How is everyone

You can do it! I was lucky enough to have hobbies that kept me in shape until my late 40's when I became more of a couch potatoe. Too many years of that and I gained weight and 3 months ago was told my A1C was 9.5. That was my wake up. Changed my diet, got back to the gym. Three months later, I’m down. 30 pounds and A1C is 5.9!
👏👏👏 This is AMAZING! Way to go! 💞💞

Wow an a1C level of 9.5 to below a 6 is outstanding!!! I recently got.my aic to 5.6 from the high 6s by losing about 40lbs since the summer.

When my doctor so the weight loss he immediately told.me to stop taking my Jardiance and this was even before he saw my blood work haaaa!?!? The weight gain and extra pounds is what causes all of not most of our health issues!!

Keep doing what you're doing 🙂
👏👏👏 Way to go for you, too! It's not easy getting that A1C down.
