Each day it gets better. About 20 years ago I had a similar reaction. The hay fever was so bad, I thought I had a fever and infection. The doctor said “nope”, just bad hay fever. Thankfully it only happens rarely.

I’m not ready for it. I have to get to Medicare which is 65. I am 58, so I have a few years to go.

I like my job enough…. But I am now thinking about what is possible.

I would love to work my farm full time as a firewood business.

Woke up at 0120 after only 3 and change of Ugh…not sure why. Kind of got caught up but didn’t want to do some serious typing so saved it for the 5 am club. I got the gist of it.

@Missk_2022 I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this. I am glad your daddy is home and maybe he can get some rest now. Make some time for you. I haven’t realized how much worrying I’ve been doing over my mother. I was in a fog all week at work. Probably best I got laid low for a couple of days! Lean on us dear. We’re here for you

@Wat_Tyler Thanks buddy, I don’t feel sick in the usual way…no aches and pains or run down feeling, just can’t clear my head and that f’n annoying post nasal drip…keeps you up…Hope you’re feeling better. I’m hearing through the grapevine that this bug going around likes to linger…

@Wonderer67 Thanks also. As Lili said, that jaw shouldn’t be hurting a month after? I’d go get that checked out. The tennis was good last night. I had Joker’s match on the big screen turned down and the ND/UM game on my iPad turned up. That was a heck of a game. Only saw the first half because I tried to get some rest…shoulda stayed up and watched for all the sleep I got!

@Lilianna23 You nurses always know best! Funny thing about that hand incident. When I brought it up to the doc and her nurse that day, you could see the pall cast over their faces! They thought I was going to drop a malpractice suit on them! The stuttering and stammering started. It was comical. I know I’ve said it before, but, Thank you and MissK for your invaluable advice to us unwashed out here!

I’ve been taking Advil or aleve not every day, but most days… I do t think it’s infected but my wife is suggesting maybe the bone graft didn’t take fully.

I’ve had my wisdom teeth taken out, but nothing compared to this kind of ongoing pain. They obviously didn’t need a bone graft tho…
