Yeah, that doesn’t happen any more. Now they feel empowered to make recommendations on how to change the organization with their two months on the job when there are some who have decades with the team.

It’s not in the new HR Bible @Missk_2022. There is any amount about harassing your co workers, treating them with respect and not taking too long to pee (read use your mobile phone)…. But nothing about being a “know it all shit,” that was in the long superseded 1970 edition!

We run this thread a little differently.

Read the first post...goes over the "rules" so to speak.

I will summarize:
1. No religion
2. No politics
3. No drama
4. No hitting on the women-- dm the person if interested.... if they don't respond.... there is your answer.

Also for those using firearms drill out the bore After use. You can't use the riflings and make sure the firing pin is filed down as well.
