The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

I'm a nurse. And was a professor of Nursing. Retired now. I worked mostly critical care, which was also what I taught. My last few working years was in Quality where I was universally loathed. 😅😅
I always enjoyed a good relationship with our QA/QC department. Also with the safety department. As our work was related to clean and pure drinking water, I embraced their recommendations. It made me a better director.
 
Finally! I caught up! For some reason, I've been fairly fatigued this week. My trainer even took it easy on me on Tuesday. She only had me leg press 350 lbs instead of the 460 of last week 🤣🤣

I also have completed some major projects. One was to clean up all my music files and download them all to my phone and my external hard drive. I have a fairly extensive collection, so it's taken me weeks to complete. A lot of my files were corrupted and I had to re-rip the CDs I still have, re-download others. In addition, for some reason, some of my CDs ripped in WMA and M4A formats so I had to convert them all to MP3. Luckily, I was able to find some sites online to do that. It's all (mostly) done now. I had to let go of my OCD tendencies and say it's good enough for now. 🙄

Just another thing to cross off my "Shit To Do" list! 😅😅

It just became Friday here! It's another gym day🏋‍💪 for me and I know she's going to beat me up (as usual!). 🤣😅

Sounds like a good week. You knocked some big projects out. I need to also rip some CDs to MP3. I have most backed up on a drive but haven’t updated it in a few years…

You know what I'm going to say...

Rest. Drink lots of fluids. Food isn't as important right now. Hot fluids will help mobilize the snot. Take ibuprofen or Tylenol for aches, pains, fever. A little bit of fever is actually good, as it's your immune system putting up the fight. 🫂🫂
