TG&CD takes in all "non-standard" gender stuff, as its description suggests. E.g. a lot of futanari stories go there, which fit neither TG nor CD.Maybe even the Crossdressing side of Trans & Crossdressers?
First off, I can’t wait to read your story.I'm plugging along on my first Geek Pride story, should have it done this weekend! But I'm struggling with story categories, and would be interested in opinions...
A non-binary nerd and their boyfriend try to fulfill a cosplay fantasy, end up doing some sexy Star Wars crossplay(dressing as a character of a different gender), having cosplay sex in front of a new friend, going to the local comic-con, getting a little overwhelmed by being a center of attention, learning to embrace embarrassment, and winning a contest
I got a little carried away with the discription of the costuming, but the one person who has read that part so far says it's sexy and well paced... Would that amount of cosplay rise to the level of being a Fetish story?
Is wearing sexy but embarrassing costumes in public (plus having sex while a friend is in the room) enough to warrant the Exhibition and Voyeurism category?
Maybe even the Crossdressing side of Trans & Crossdressers? Though I hate the way that category lumps CD and trans together like they're the same thing or even closely related
Technically it could be Erotic Coupling since only two people have sex, but I think the whole situation is too silly for that category...
Help me Obi-Wan, you're my only hope!
I did that, just to check off Loving Wives Story from my bucket list. I actually got some interesting responses, a few threats, some were positiveDon't think too strictly about Lit's category names, or you will start posting happy husband honeymoon stories into Loving Wives![]()
I’m up to 15k words and I still have the last couple of scenes to go…Ohhhh I see what you mean. Yes, better to put them together in one story and don't worry about the length.

I wrote a story of a guy who picked up a black chick at the farmers market, then took her to his house where they explored each other and had wild sex. At the end the guys brother walks in and sees them in bed and says "Hi Macy" to the woman revealing that the couple was married all along. It got fairly good reviews. Loving Wives don't have to search far afield for a good time and I would do it again if an idea pops into my head.If you are interested you could check out the Survivor Contest Bingo card for other challenges: https://forum.literotica.com/threads/survivor-25-the-bingo-card.1625491/
I’m not really looking forward to writing in the Loving Wives category, even though the idea of sexually expressive loving wives is (to me) a great source of … stimulation.
Author challenges work in two modes. My “Long Live the Queen” is scheduled for 5/25/25, which is reasonable given that the submission schedule is:
challenge date: May 25th (all stories go live), submit your story: May 15th-24th
However, my On The Job stories published April 18th and 19th even though the submission schedule was:
challenge date: April 25th (all stories go live), submit your story: April 18th - 24th
Did the On The Job stories publish early in error? I was hoping to have my story out early so more people would see it before being swamped by other stories.
Okay so I just saw my submission of this morning with a to be posted date of 5/25/25. I am to guess, I do not like to assume, all stories will go live the following SundayAuthor challenges work in two modes.
Either stories get published as they arrive during the posting period, and then the final list is posted on a day after the posting periods closes. That’s how OTJ works.
Or, alternatively, nothing gets published during the posting period but then everything + list goes live on the designated day afterwards. That’s how Geek Pride works.
I assume it’s the organizer who decides which mode shall be used.
Yep they shpuld go live 25May. Gaaaaa, I better get back and finish mineOkay so I just saw my submission of this morning with a to be posted date of 5/25/25. I am to guess, I do not like to assume, all stories will go live the following Sunday![]()
Screeching dragons, hidden crushes.Just put the final dot on mine, just shy of 14k words. I may have a thing or two to fix, but I don't anticipate editing to take very long at all.
When I'm done, it will go up in Romance, if you can imagine thatFeatures such themes as: a secret crush, envy, deception, potential love triangle and mentions of odd kinks, all interspersed with fantasy action that include frequent cameos of a loudly screeching, undead dragon!
...oh, and I do need a title still. The hardest part, as usual.
I’m still a noob myself, but usually in my experience it takes a few days before it’s released. You can check the status by clicking on “Works” in your profile, then click “pending” if your story isn’t yet published, and if it’s accepted you’ll see “Published” with a date of release under the title. Welcome! When do we get notified whether our story has been accepted?
