Ive just started prepping for thanksgiving

I have walnuts and cocoa soaking in rum.
Got a new sour dough starter going.
Just now prepraring pumpkins to be made into pies.

My second favorite holiday, after july 4.

Actually - Thanksgiving is my least favorite holiday. I've never had a good one!

Nope, Im feeding office orphans (People who can't make it out of town to their families) this thanksgiving.

Cool deal...it's always a nice thing to do for others.

We usually do that every year...but this year we're going to my mom's for T-Day. But we're taking a couple of my wife's soldiers down with us.

BTW...4th of July is my favorite holiday too!

Its a base for a form of chocolate, Ill take the beans after they soak about 24 hours and process them down into what you would normally call chocolate.

the prep gives the end product a great taste you just can't get by mixing rum and walnut extract into raw chocolate after its been processed and tempered.

Well, I have 5 things planned for it this thanksgiving my most requested so far.

1. coconut creme troufles
2. chocolate straberries
3. chocolate pretzels (making the pretzels too)
4. fudge
5. brownies encased in tempered chocolate.
